After 20 years in the Beauty industry I’m collecting my expertise and technical knowledge to give you the best information possible.  The first question I’m asked when introduced to new people is always something to do with the beauty industry.  Most women (and men) have been so confused by media on what they should do every day when it comes to taking care of their skin.

I worked in retail cosmetics for the first 10 years of my career selling all kinds of products at the world’s top retail counters.  This was a very valuable lesson in the voracious appetite society has to consume beauty products.  From a $1000 jar of cream to that “I’m bored..sell me a new lipstick” customer.  These purchases are rarely planned but done often.  Estee Lauder invented the “gift with purchase” in 1949 and it’s worked every year since.

My next 10+ years have been spent as a Master Medical Aesthetician.  I started working for a Dermatologist in 2001, Plastic Surgeon in 2003 and then became a medical skin care sales rep in 2004.  Compared to selling lipstick this is a fairly new industry.  Botox was FDA approved in 2002 and the rest is history.  My biggest revelation while working in medical aesthetics is with your skin being your largest organ…. why do we seek advice from people who really know nothing about it?

So, today June 2, 2015 marks my first day as a Beauty Blogger. Drop in anytime…no appointment necessary.
